why john mccain?
just a few issues....
1.gun control-John McCain believes that the right of law abiding citizens to keep and bear arms is a fundamental, individual Constitutional right that we have a sacred duty to protect. We have a responsibility to ensure that criminals who violate the law are prosecuted to the fullest, rather than restricting the rights of law abiding citizens. Gun control is a proven failure in fighting crime. Law abiding citizens should not be asked to give up their rights because of criminals - criminals who ignore gun control laws anyway.
2.agricultural policies-America's agricultural industry is the best in the world. John McCain will expand access for U.S. agricultural producers to foreign markets, providing a great and lasting benefit to American farmers. He will work tirelessly to ensure our farmers receive fair prices for their products.
3.homeland security-Senator John McCain believes that the highest priority for any President is protecting the lives of American citizens, defending their personal freedom, and securing our land and resources. John McCain has the experience to insure that this priority is put into practice by the hundreds of thousands of dedicated men and women who serve their country in homeland security positions every day.
4.national security- The most sacred responsibility vested in a president - the commander in chief - is to "preserve and protect" American citizens. John McCain has the necessary vision and unrivaled experience to command the United States armed forces and adapt our nation's defenses to the demands of a changing and dangerous world.
5.the economy- A pro-growth, pro-jobs strategy to get our economy back on track. John McCain's strategy includes taking the near-term actions needed to provide immediate help to American families while also taking the longer-term steps necessary to secure America's economic prosperity and leadership in the world.

monday musing
so i had to go to the doctor yesterday and was sent for tests.
EKG, chest x-ray and i will have a ECG tomorrow...
i will know more once that ECG is done. the doctor thought he heard a murmur.
so i wait....
now on to the political point i want to make this week....
“Mark my words: It will not be six months before the world tests Barack Obama like they did John Kennedy,” Biden told the crowd. “The world is looking. We’re about to elect a brilliant 47-year-old senator president of the United States of America. Watch, we’re going to have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy.”
“He’s going to have to make some really tough - I don’t know what the decision’s going to be, but I promise you it will occur. As a student of history and having served with seven presidents, I guarantee you it’s going to happen,” he said.
wow JOE! and your this man's pick for VP!
and then you have colin powell now backing barry...and they say it's not about RACE? my ass.
powell is just as liberal as john mccain....and yet the race card comes up.
then you have this SPREAD THE WEALTH socialism.....total bull shit.
i will be damn if i will work to help some lazy ass on wellfare....get a job! earn your keep.
okay, rant over for now....plus i have to watch my stress level....
and GH26 created a new banner! WOO HOO! just check the spelling...LOL
