lauren's first ride on a ferry...she enjoyed it.

leaving the island monday the 1st....the waves got bigger.i was trupping out saturday. they were going to close the parish and do a mandatory evacuation sunday at noon. so if i left galveston and went home to get cookie, then i would not be able to return to texas to stay at dad's. thanks to MIL staying behind she took care of cookie for us and and i de-stressed some.
this was a great weekend. thanks dad for a great time and for allowing us to room at your house monday night....
